Last week, we had the honor of hosting local legend Frank Rewold as our Celebrity Pizza Chef for an unforgettable evening! A huge thank you to our incredible community for coming out to support such a meaningful cause. Together, we raised nearly $700 for Rochester Rotary, helping to uplift local charities and make a difference right here in our area!
Save the Date! Our rescheduled Celebrity Pizza Chef Night is Tuesday, October 15, from 5 - 7 p.m.! Last week was a paw-some time as we got to hang out with our four-legged friends and give a sneak peek of the new Spookeasy! 🎃 From adorable costumes to spooky sips, there was plenty of fun to go around. And thanks to our friends at Maker's Mark, each pup left with some tail-wagging swag! 🐕 But the real treat? We had the chance to give back to Leader Dogs for the Blind and support a truly amazing cause! 💕

What better way to honor our 20th anniversary 🥳 than to showcase the extraordinary employees who have been with us since the beginning. We know this post may be long, but a photo without sharing their stories just won't do them justice. Felix began his career with us part-time but quickly learned how much he loved his job. He switched to full-time and worked his way up into his current role as Banquet Houseman Manager. Our master of setups and room flips 🪑, he loves the fast-paced environment, challenging setups, and, most of all, the people he works with. Janet was our second-hired employee here at the Hotel. She has worked in sales and catering roles her entire career and is our biggest employee and client cheerleader 📣. She brings joy, charisma, and positivity to everyone she encounters. She has said that Royal Park is part of who she is, from the people to the beautiful building to the community we serve. Lori has been in the culinary industry most of her life. You'll recognize her artwork 🖌️ when in our afternoon tea. What she loves most? For her, it's always been about her love of cooking and the people she works with that make the job. Donna and Nancy [The Dynamic Duo! 🥂] have worked the banquet scene together at Royal Park for twenty years. Why, you might ask? It's simple: They care deeply about the staff and guests and want to be a part of creating everlasting memories. Cathy, a fellow banquet bartender 🍸 with Donna and Nancy, has always held high standards for her guests. She loves making our guests feel welcome and ensures she provides excellent service every time.
Last week, during # NationalHousekeepingWeek, we celebrated the amazing individuals who keep our hotel shining. Although we could never show enough appreciation, we took time each day to thank our housekeeping team in small, meaningful ways. We had so much fun delivering surprise coffee ☕ and donut breaks, making breakfast 🍳 and lunch throughout the week, doing pop-up raffles, and more🎉! We are incredibly grateful for their commitment and the warmth they bring to everything they do, making our hotel feel like home for everyone who walks through our doors. Davidson Hospitality Group
