Can you love what you do and still find it tiring and frustrating? Yes Can you be honest, direct and constructive, without being penalized? Yes Can we collaborate and listen to different perspectives but still make our own decisions? Yes Welcome to the world of HR - where we don't live in absolutes- we live in ambiguity. There are two sides to a coin for a reason- we can look at and approach things in different ways. Telling people there is one way of thinking or doing things in HR is a fallacy. I do this for a living because I'm a realist- and I like being real about what works and what is challenging. Let's continue to de-bunk myths that exist about HR. They only seek to hurt our profession/function.#humanresources
