Meet Chloe Senn, FNP Chloe began her career at Sidney Health Center in 2017 as a Registered Nurse before advancing to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Practice. In July 2024, Chloe returned to Sidney Health Center to offer both urology and primary care in the clinic setting. Through telemedicine, she collaborates closely with board-certified urologists to address a broad spectrum of common urological issues, enhancing access to specialized urologic care for residents throughout the MonDak region. Chloe also provides care to patients in the Same Day Clinic. Originally from Lincoln, ND, Chloe has always been captivated by human anatomy and the healing process. Her dedication to both traditional and holistic medicine, combined with her innate compassion and empathy, naturally led her to a career in healthcare. Known as the caregiver in her family, Chloe takes great joy in supporting and caring for her patients. Chloe is married to her high school sweetheart, Matthew, and they have two young children, Stella and Callister. Their family also includes two dachshunds, Todd and Kona. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, and hosting gatherings. We are glad to have Chloe a part of our Urology and Primary Care team! Meet Charlene Pontoriero, FNP Charlene joined Sidney Health Center in March 2019 and provides support coverage in the Same Day Clinic. Charlene has many years of experience working as a family nurse practitioner including working several years at Sidney Health Center before rejoining the medical staff. We are glad to have Charlene a part of our Primary Care team! The Same Day Clinic is open 7 AM – 5 PM Monday through Friday. Meet Patti Iversen, FNP Patti has been an invaluable member of the Sidney Health Center team for over 40 years, joining our medical staff as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2003. Her dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare has benefitted countless families in our community. Today, Patti offers support to other primary care providers and assists with Medicare wellness exams in the Primary Care Clinic. Meet Janie Darby, FNP Janie joined Sidney Health Center in March of 2012 and is the Surgery Director where she has many responsibilities including management of the operating rooms, post-anesthesia care unit, and outpatient surgery, collaborating with surgeons and staff, and ensuring quality care. Janie has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. Prior to her time at Sidney Health Center, she worked in critical care before pursuing a degree in advanced practice nursing. Her passion for medicine has led her to serve as a preceptor for nurse practitioner students in the area. Janie has been happily married for over 30 years and has two sons, Garrett and Jordan. In her spare time, Janie loves hiking, kayaking, and hunting, and once ran a marathon right after turning 40. She also enjoys gardening (despite a questionable skill with plants) and playing with her two black labs, Gator and Gus. Meet Jacquelyn Free, FNP Jacquelyn joined Sidney Health Center in November 2009 and sees patients at MonDak Family Clinic in Fairview. Jacq provides care for the whole family including wellness checkups, physicals, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries, the monitoring and treatment of chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and asthma, as well as aesthetics. Jacq has an extensive background in nursing practice, including her time as a charge and flight nurse at Trinity Medical Center and a Master’s degree in nursing. While the proudest moment from her career was becoming a certified Diabetic Educator (specializing in pumps and CGMs), she would describe her bravest moment as when she emceed and sang for a Sidney Health Center women’s event. Her montage of female empowerment songs included Dolly Parton, Pink, and Pat Benatar. Free also sings for her local church and is the concussion liaison for four schools in the Fairview area. In her spare time, Free enjoys all things sports. In addition to her seven years as a Junior Varsity coach, she has coached girls’ basketball in Fairview since 2012. She is close to her husband of 20 years, Chris, and their two children, Bridger and Gracelynn. They have two cowboy corgis, who are full of attitude! In addition, Free loves movies and is an expert in movie line trivia. We are glad to have Jacq a part of our Primary Care team! Over the next couple of days, we’ll be introducing you to our wonderful Nurse Practitioners! Meet Sarah Farrow, AGNP Sarah started as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) in February 2022, but has been with Sidney Health Center for more than 20 years. As an AGNP, Sarah cares and treats older adults with a well-rounded approach. Her practice includes wellness checkups, diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries as well as monitoring and treatment of chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and asthma. Sarah grew up in Fairview, Montana, as the seventh out of eight children. She earned her certification as a nursing assistant at age 16, and later spent two weeks in Brazil providing free care to small communities along the Amazon Rainforest. Her hobbies include camping, boating, playing pinochle, and watching movies with her friends and family. She has a teenage son and daughter with her husband Bill, and as a result is active with the Cutting Edge Dance Studio and the Richland Rangers Hockey Association in Sidney. When she isn’t running her kids from one activity to another, she spends her time caring for the animals on her family farm. We are glad to have Sarah a part of our Primary Care team!
