We are thrilled to announce ThroughLine by SingleThread, a new cinematic dining experience presented by OpenTable that will take place at The Lodge at Blue Sky Auberge Resorts Collection in Park City, Utah and Wildflower Farms Auberge Resorts Collection in Hudson Valley and New York City in early 2025. This winter, we invite you to join us as we take this new concept on the road. Expanding on the success of our 2024 residency, Title Page at Blue Sky, ThroughLine invites our guests further, offering a narrative where every dish tells a story and invites guests to journey deeper into their dining experience by pairing a 12-course Omakase-inspired tasting menu with an eight-part film series directed by Emmy-nominated Justin Taylor Smith. These evocative short films will explore the artistry behind each dish, the people, and the food systems that bring it to life. Designed to entertain, educate, and create a strong connection to the nuanced stories behind the dishes, the films will spark conversation and curiosity that guests will explore with our chefs throughout the evening. Together with OpenTable, as well as Miele and Audi, ThroughLine will debut in Park City, Utah in February 2025, before traveling to Hudson Valley, NY, and New York City. The residency will be hosted in an intimate 14-seat setting, with reservations available through OpenTable. - As we approach the holiday season, we are pleased to announce our special dining experiences this winter featuring unique and rare ingredients inspired by our farm and the season. All reservations will be available to book through OpenTable. Holiday Lunch Service In addition to our dinner experiences, we’ll be offering a holiday lunch service on December 21st, 22nd, 28th, and 29th, showcasing a 7-course menu priced at $375 per person. As always, our wine pairings and non-alcoholic progression will be available to add on. Christmas Eve Supper Join us on Christmas Eve, Tuesday, December 24th, for an intimate 7-course Christmas Eve Supper with seatings starting at 2:30p.m. This once-a-year supper service is the perfect way to commemorate the holiday as we showcase an unforgettable winter menu created in celebration of the festive season including a special seasonal cheese course. New Year's Eve Ring in the new year with us on Tuesday, December 31st, as we share a memorable evening in closing out 2024! Our first seating starting at 4pm is available for those who wish to dine early before ringing in the New Year, followed by a later seating at 7pm welcoming you to celebrate alongside our team. This new partnership with OpenTable is an exciting opportunity to improve our overall guest experience while joining a lineup of OpenTable Icons, a new designation that highlights the best restaurants, award winners and local legends on the platform. Please note that as we transition, reservations for October will still be managed through Tock, while reservations for November onward will be available through OpenTable.
