September is Healthy Aging Month and there is so much you can do to keep healthy even in the 'golden years'. It may take some effort, but you're worth it!
College student, Safiya Sulaiman, has been volunteering at Corona Regional Medical Center since she was in high school! She wanted to do something special for the pediatric patients in CRMC's Emergency Room. She and her sister gathered coloring books and crayons to bring to the hospital and present to their ER Director, Candy and Manager, Malissa. Thank you, Safiya, for being so resourceful and giving back to the community!

Their Nutrition teams met the rigorous standards and expectations for safety required to achieve this honor. Validation as a Gluten-Free Safe Spot establishes trust with gluten-free patients in the ability of a hospital to provide safe gluten-free food.

He was the 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣th baby born in the month of August at The Family Birth Center at Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital. He entered the world weighing over 6 lbs and has filled his parents' hearts with pure joy. Baby Olson is joined by 5 additional bundles of joy born at the end of the month, totaling 305 babies - a new milestone at the hospital! 🤩 The previous record was 302 babies in a single month back in 2019.
