Founded in 1921, Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System (SRHS) offers a full spectrum of services through six hospital campuses: Spartanburg Medical Center, Spartanburg Medical Center — Mary Black Campus, Pelham Medical Center, Cherokee Medical Center, Spartanburg Hospital for Restorative Care and Union Medical Center. SRHS also includes Ellen Sagar Nursing Center and Woodruff Manor. SRHS provides unparalleled cancer care through Gibbs Cancer Center & Research Institute, with locations in Spartanburg, Greer, Union and Gaffney. The multidisciplinary Medical Group of the Carolinas has more than 700 physicians across Upstate South Carolina and western North Carolina. SRHS employs approximately 10,000 associates and offers outpatient surgery centers and a Level I Trauma Center.

We are grateful for the incredible teamwork of our first responders, emergency center associates and trauma specialists in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Their dedication and collaboration have been vital in caring for our community during this time of devastation. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to those in need.
Our community is devastated. Loved ones lost. Homes destroyed. Thousands remain without power. As clean-up efforts continue, we are grateful to all of you who have helped by clearing debris, sharing kind words, or opening your homes to neighbors. We are grateful for our clinical team and first responders who have been working tirelessly to care for families during this crisis. Our community will rebuild and heal.
