• SpeedX, a leader in last-mile delivery, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tao Lang as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Tao joins SpeedX with a distinguished background in technology leadership, bringing a wealth of experience that will drive the company's continued growth and innovation. Most recently, Tao served as Senior Vice President (SVP) of the Fixed Income Risk and Control Tech team at Citi, where he spent over 14 years overseeing critical projects and leading a team dedicated to technological advancement. Prior to his tenure at Citi, Tao held key roles at AT&T, where he further honed his expertise in managing complex technology initiatives. Tao holds both a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from SUNY Potsdam and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University. As CTO of SpeedX, Tao will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s technology strategy, managing the technology team, and ensuring that all technological initiatives align with SpeedX's business goals. He will also oversee the development and launch of new products and services and manage the company’s technology infrastructure. “We are thrilled to welcome Tao Lang to our executive team,” said Chris Zheng, President & CEO of SpeedX. “Tao’s strategic mindset, coupled with his extensive experience in leading technological innovation, will be instrumental as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the logistics industry.
