Earlier today, we had Trey Gourley talk with our students about life after graduation and their transition into a career as a web developer. Over his many years of experience, he developed a few principles that can help new web developers make this transition. He discussed these principles and answered questions. Trey Gourley is a software development leader with 20+ years of experience. Trey has had the opportunity to work for both small businesses as well as larger corporations, which has allowed him to experience the uniqueness and benefits of both. Trey has worked on technologies ranging from enterprise software to IoT and has extensive knowledge of how to design, develop, and complete large custom software products. Trey is a 2005 graduate of our department, and we are grateful for his willingness to take time to meet with our students.
