Large Rental Fleet = Fast (Hurricane) Response The recent hurricanes created an urgent demand for 100 Portable Traffic Signals for a customer in North Carolina. The Street Smart team loves a good challenge and definitely rose to the occasion! Within hours of the initial call, we delivered the first of over 100 trailers to help manage traffic in the coming weeks and months. These signals are solar-powered, requiring no fuel or on-site electricity. Additionally, they can be monitored and reprogrammed using centralized software, eliminating the need for return trips to the trailers. We take pride in knowing that these signals are playing a small but significant role in the relief efforts.
