Throughout my time in the space I have witnessed first hand from connecting with thousands of professionals how challenging the recruitment process is for almost every firm I've encountered. Our Leadership Team had the most wonderful time during last week’s #LeadershipRetreat! Throughout the retreat, we had the opportunity to really immerse ourselves in a variety of engaging activities and discussions that challenged us to stretch out of our comfort zones.
