Throughout my time in the space I have witnessed first hand from connecting with thousands of professionals how challenging the recruitment process is for almost every firm I've encountered. - Our Leadership Team had the most wonderful time during last week’s #LeadershipRetreat! Throughout the retreat, we had the opportunity to really immerse ourselves in a variety of engaging activities and discussions that challenged us to stretch out of our comfort zones.
