In collaboration with HOK, Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, and Ballinger, Syska Hennessy Group provided MEP/FP services to create this 734,000 sf facility focused on patient comfort and advanced outpatient care. Last month marked the one-year anniversary of breaking ground at NorthEnd—one of Dallas’ most ambitious developments and the largest excavation site in the city. Spanning 4.5 acres and reaching 70 feet down, this milestone showcases the incredible vision, expertise, and dedication of our exceptional partners, all working together to bring this transformative project to life. At this flagship location, the doctors of Greenwich Oral Surgery asked Studio Troika, in partnership with SurfCT, to create an environment and brand that reflects the custom care and expertise that they bring to every patient experience. The reception area is visually open to the operatory corridor, eliminating the traditional clinic door, to reduce patient anxiety about the unknown. Acoustic privacy is maintained through well-sealed, gasketed, and insulated doors and walls in each operatory.
