The event included a panel where Blues executives Mary Lynn Berilla, Maggie Drysch, Kyle Waymon explained their paths to entering the industry and passed on advice to jobseekers. 📈 Key takeaways from the conversation included to always be open to relocation or working in a sport that you may not consider your ‘favorite’. Additionally, be sure to never self-reject yourself, and be a ‘sponge’ with advice and lessons along the way. 🗣️ Huge shout out to those in attendance, from the St. Louis area and beyond, for taking this valuable step in building genuine connections with employers face-to-face. 🏆 Cheers to all participating organizations: St. Louis Blues, St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Battlehawks, St. Louis CITY SC, Skyhawks Sports Academy, St. Louis Ambush, Rawlings Sporting Goods, Gateway PGA, Rapsodo, Gateway Grizzlies🎟️ At TeamWork Online, we are excited to bring you the opportunity to make these connections with individuals who can be helpful in your career. - Time for this week's Throw 🔙 Thursday: This week in 1875, two historic rivals squared off in football for the first time. It was also the first football game with uniforms. Who were the rivals? The first ever football game with uniforms was played between Harvard and Yale. This kind of football was a mix of Rugby and Soccer. Harvard would win the first game of their historic rivalry with Yale 4-0.
