Yesterday, The Children's Inn hosted a groundbreaking event to commemorate the beginning of the renovation and construction of The Inn of Tomorrow. We look forward to modernizing and expanding our facility to comprehensively transform our building, accelerate cutting-edge pediatric research, and advance sustainability and well-being. For most of his life, King was unaware that he had aplastic anemia. A polite and friendly 11-year-old from Freeport, Bahamas, King hates to lose and winning means everything. Of course, that didn’t mean that his rare blood disorder would go down without a fight.
