Spencer comes to us with an impressive academic background, having graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of South Carolina Honors College. He earned a BS in Finance and Operations and Supply Chain Management with a concentration in Data Analytics and was actively involved in the USC Student Managed Investment Fund. Before joining The McLean Group as a Summer Analyst in 2023, Spencer spent two summers gaining practical experience as a Finance Intern at a Reston, VA based government contracting company where he sharpened his analytical and operational skills.
