Future residents will be steps away from 900,000 SF of retail and commercial, 23 restaurants, 2 grocery stores, 10 acres of park/open space, and major retailers such as Home Depot, AtHome, Dicks Sporting Goods, Target, Walmart, Sam's Club, Ross, Ulta, Marshalls, and Kohls.
