The money raised through November 10 will fund scholarships for National FFA Organization students pursuing a skilled trade or majoring in an agriculture-related field. - Today we announced Tractor Supply Company's third quarter 2024 financial results, which were in line with our expectations. Tractor Supply achieved a net sales increase of 1.6% to $3.47 billion in the quarter, against a slight decrease of 0.2% in comparable store sales. - Last week, Tractor Supply Company celebrated TSC Cares Giving Week at the Store Support Center. We had a blast while joining together to give back. We hosted volunteer activities, held our second annual TSC Olympics, brought our dogs to work and had some fun with a zero turn mower obstacle course. Congratulations to the Supply Chain team, which had the highest level of participation in giving and won our department Giving Week competition! A significant focus of Giving Week was raising funds for Tractor Supply’s Team Member Assistance Fund, which provides support for Team Members faced with a crisis. The fund is primarily funded by Tractor Supply, with additional support from Team Members. As Hurricane Helene recovery efforts remain ongoing, it has been a stark reminder of the importance of this fund. The majority of the money raised this past week goes directly to helping our TSC family when they are faced with their worst day. - Our Tractor Supply Company teams were delighted to surprise five high school National FFA Organization chapters across the country with the funds needed for students to attend the 97th Annual National FFA Convention and Expo. Tractor Supply’s contribution will cover travel costs for a total of 75 students to attend. The five FFA chapters are from the following high schools: Mitchell Career and Technical Education Academy – Mitchell, South Dakota; Riverdale High School – Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Screven County High School – Sylvania, Georgia; Southern Guilford High School – Greensboro, North Carolina; and Weatherford High School – Weatherford, Texas. We are so excited for these students to learn and grow at the convention as we support the future of agriculture
