- Meet rEVo's first customers: Brian and Kendall B. from Melville, New York. Brian and Kendall were looking for a second EV for their family and reached out to us for help. They were initially interested in the Kia EV9. But when they test drove it, they found it to be way too large ("gigantic" actually!) and decided to consider other options. They looked at hybrids, used EVs, and a few other new EVs in the market. Working closely with a rEVo Advisor, they decided on a Kia EV6 for its design, feature set (especially its generator capability), but most importantly for the incredible deal we were able to secure for them. They are paying less for a new Kia EV6 than for their three year old Volkswagen ID.4! Brian, Kendall, thanks for being our first champions! And looking forward to more!

First, let’s start with the two main levels of charging: 1️⃣ Level 1 charging (120V) ↪️ This level of charging typically adds 3-5 miles of range per hour, so it’s perfect for overnight charging or low daily mileage. There’s no additional equipment needed as you can plug it directly into your standard outlet. This is a great option for those with minimal daily driving. 2️⃣ Level 2 charging (240V) ↪️ This level of charging typically adds 20-30 miles of range per hour, it offers significantly faster charging and is ideal for those who use more mileage. The main consideration is it requires installations of a 240V outlet. While home charging isn’t required, it may provide more flexibility and be cost-effective over time compared to relying solely on public chargers.
