On this date in 2003, US Housing Consultants’ founding partner, Scott Precourt, opened the Company’s first office in New Hampshire and published our first website. On our brand-new website, Scott outlined a mission to preserve and improve affordable housing for residents and owners through better compliance and inspection oversight. A lot has changed since 2003, but the underlying mission hasn't. Over the past 21 years, the Company has expanded significantly, and developed services that refine compliance and inspection procedures, and provided training to many in the industry.
