The VIVA Finance Team is FIRED UP! It was great spending time with everyone at our first company offsite and setting 5-year, 3-year, 1-year and 90 day goals. I would go to battle for this smart, energetic and fun squad!
The VIVA Finance team had a blast at our first ever company offsite at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort! Our team spent two days covering key components of EOS - Entrepreneurial Operating System, including: - VISION: Setting 1, 3, and 5 year company goals - DATA: Creating management and department scorecards to focus on what matters. - TRACTION: Setting 90-day priorities and check-in cadences to keep everyone focused, aligned, and in communication. Most importantly, we had a ton of fun! What a way to kick of the Q4 90-Day Sprint. 🏃💨🚀 Go VIVA!

Jack recently graduated from University of Notre Dame with a major in Finance and a minor in Computing in Digital Technologies.
