The Wingard team was honored to support our client partner, Goodwill Industries of North Florida, in the grand opening of The Corner at Debs Store in Jacksonville’s Historic Eastside! This initiative is a game changer for our community, providing fresh food and resources in an area that needs it most. Our team helped choose the official name, branding, and overall look and feel of the store. Our design team led the creation of interior environmental graphics which included the branded t-shirts and polos worn by the team, door branding, price tags, and signage throughout the entire store. We’re so proud to have contributed to a project that will leave a lasting, positive impact on the Eastside community!

Each year, we lace up our running shoes to help The DONNA Foundation with DONNA Marathon Weekend — an event that is all hands on deck for our team. Members from our account service, social media, PR, and design teams help to bring this event to the finish line, but we won't lie... Our favorite part of the job is theming! This year, we pitched Destination: Fearless. It's a celebration of love over fear. It's a reminder of the strength and bravery of breast cancer patients and families supported by the DONNA Foundation each year. It's a step toward embracing a life of hope. Fearlessly. On September 5, the Jacksonville Business Journal's First Coast Forward panel featured four experts—including Shannon Nazworth, CEO of our client partner Ability Housing—to explore solutions to the city’s housing crisis. The discussion highlighted key challenges including financial gaps, the stigma associated with affordable housing, and the barriers posed by NIMBYism (Not In My Backyard opposition). The panelists agreed that addressing these obstacles demands both creativity and strong community collaboration. As Nazworth aptly put it, "Everyone needs affordable housing—it's just the price point that varies."
