In honor of Veterans Day, Welch's is proud to spotlight two of our employees, Dan Skean III (left) and Tyler Linn (right), who bring valuable perspectives and leadership to our team. Dan has been with Welch's for over three years as the Production Planning Manager at our North East, PA plant. He appreciates the company’s family-oriented, community-driven culture, which aligns with his personal values. A veteran of the Army, Dan credits his military experience with teaching him commitment, discipline, and leadership—qualities he brings to his current role. He looks forward to continuing to grow within the company, while enjoying his favorite Welch’s products, like our natural strawberry spread, with his family. Tyler, our EHS Manager in Lawton, MI embraces Welch’s caring culture and commitment to integrity. A former Air Force firefighter, Tyler’s military experience shaped him to be accountable, focused on safety, and committed to collaboration. He is excited to enhance Welch’s EHS programs, while enjoying outdoor activities like fishing and nature hikes with his son. For Tyler, Veterans Day is a time to honor the sacrifices of others, reflecting on the selfless acts that shape our world. We thank both Dan, Tyler, and all Veterans working at Welch's for their service and continued contributions to our organization!
