A little snow can’t stop the Williams Erection Company crew in Kansas City! We are in the Midwest adjusting to the elements as construction continues on the Live Nation Entertainment Ampitheater in Riverside, MO for SteelFab, Inc. and ARCO Construction Company, Inc. I had a blast at Williams Erection Company's Topping Out ceremony for CoStar Group's new corporate headquarters building in Richmond, VA this morning. Thanks to SteelFab, Inc. for hosting a great event for our crew and to The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and CoStar for celebrating this project milestone with us. When complete, this building will be the tallest in Richmond. Having the opportunity to do things like impact the skyline of my home state's capital is why I love working in construction. Congrats to our stellar project team on this achievement!

I enjoyed attending the Williams Erection Company topping out ceremony on the St. Jude OCB and COB. The Williams Erection Company team has done a fantastic job erecting approximately 15,000 tons of steel on two 16 story buildings for SteelFab, Inc. and Flintco, LLC.

Thanks to Williams Steel Erection Co., Inc. for driving their Goldhofer Transport Technology THPs down to Atlanta to set this pedestrian bridge at the world's busiest airport. Over the course of three nights, three bridge sections were brought from a staging area to the South Terminal of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, where our team lifted them into place. The terminal never closed during construction, and traffic could only be diverted during the overnight shift. The pedestrian bridge will connect the new south parking deck to the terminal. Thanks Steel, LLC for trusting us with this time-sensitive project.
As we prepare for the topping out of two new buildings at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, this ceremony will be special. Instead of project participants signing the beam, current patients will be leaving their mark on these buildings. Construction provides buildings and infrastructure that our communities need. It's been an honor to work with Flintco, LLC and SteelFab, Inc. to help further St. Jude's mission to eradicate childhood cancer in this small way.
Work continues on CoStar Group's new headquarters campus in Richmond, VA for SteelFab, Inc. Once completed, the main office tower will be the tallest building in the city. The two-building complex will house over 3,000 employees along the James River.
Sports fans will soon have a new premium option at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Chairman's Lounge is slated to open before the NFL season kicks off. In order to build out the new amenities, we worked closely with fabricator Steel, LLC to install steel during breaks in the stadium's always busy event schedule. Be on the lookout for this update the next time you catch a game!
