New regulation, same commitment to excellent water quality! US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently released the Lead & Copper Rule Improvements. We have a longstanding history of using corrosion-control treatments to prevent lead from leaching into the water. This keeps the water we produce consistently well below EPA's lead action level. EPA's Lead and Copper Rule Improvements were finalized last week. Ahead of the 10/16 deadline for submittal, Fairfax Water submitted its inventory of lead service lines to the Virginia Department of Health on 10/11. We still need the help of Fairfax Water customers to help us identify all of the drinking water service lines in our service area. Go tohttps://lnkd.in/ejzPWVzito learn more.
