This week we were able to honor 12 wonderful individuals who are making West Michigan better by selflessly giving their time and talents in so many different ways. The Pay It Forward Gala is a highlight for us all. Congratulations to this years winner, Diane Grummet, who started Ionia Community Awareness. What began as a “purple week” for cancer awareness in 2010 became a movement that brings a town together to help one another.
