About
I grew up fascinated by innovation, work, people, and all the ways they interact.
That curiosity led me from digital strategy at Ogilvy to launching a magazine about happiness in a language I don't understand, running a network of coworking spaces, founding FlexOS, and eventually, Lead with AI.
We help leaders and organizations deploy AI toward meaningful impact through boot camps, ongoing education, community, and implementation. Visit https://www.leadwithai.co/ for more information.
The mission, now spanning nearly a decade, remains the same: to help deliver a happier future of work.
I spend time not “working” with my wife and son.

When I moved to New York in the fall of 2010 I was shocked to learn 1 in 8 people here are not sure when their next meal is going to be. Food Bank For New York City warehouses and distributes free food for over 1.5 million hungry New Yorkers each year. Wherever I can I helped out on projects, that ranged from handing out flyers to selling raffle tickets on fundraisers.

Patronaat is one of the top 10 art halls in the Netherlands but with one key differentiator: it is run for a big part by volunteers. Those volunteers make sure that people from the region around Haarlem are able to see art without relying on major government support or having to raise ticket prizes to insane levels.

By 2025, Generation Z (only those born between 1997 and 2012) is expected to account for 25% of the total workforce in Vietnam. Therefore, to be more successful in attracting and retaining these young, creative and talented human resources, companies need to learn about them and design a work environment that inspires them. .
So what does Generation Z want? What are their motivations? How are they different from the Millennials (or Generation Y, born 1981 - 1996)?

In the highly competitive diaper space, our competition has strong distribution in hospitals. So Huggies set out to build the relationship with mom earlier by serving her needs through online tools such as Mommy Answers. It answers all Moms' questions and gives access to all benefits of their CRM program.

Even when brands grasp the full potential of digital video, marketers tend to steer away from working with original online video content. After all, that TV spot was already shot and the costs have been sunk. We’ll share two examples (one is about serving moms the content they crave, the other how search usage can inform content development) that both of which are true testaments to how digital video creation can be a very nimble effort. We’ll show brands how they can get the content they need,…

For the 2009 global Ogilvy summit, where CEO Miles Young unfolded his agency plan for the next 5 years, selected employees worldwide were asked to write an essay about one of its main themes: pervasive creativity. After being selected to form the 'Ogilvy Youth' group together with 11 others, I joined the global leadership in Istanbul to discuss the agency's feature.
