⚙️ Operational Scaling:
I took the lead on transforming UK/EMEA sales operations for our Sales Engineering teams. We quickly rolled out new Revenue Forecasting Tools and trained 300+ Customer Engineers, which made our sales forecasts way more accurate and efficient across the region.
☁️ Portfolio Oversight:
I direct the technical strategy for the main GCP portfolio (technologies like K8S, Vertex AI, Gemini) and key partners (Anthropic, Mongo, Kafka, etc.). I even get to influence the multi-year product roadmaps!
