Todd Miechiels reached out to me to help their ministry get focused and organized. The 315 Project is a ministry whose mission is to help Christians know and share their story.
We started with an organizational audit. It is the starting point for the process of transitioning from chaos to order. Spending time observing the organization, interviewing past and present team members, and documenting our experience, I was able to find organizational patterns which were becoming roadblocks to their success.
Our audit ended with me giving a Keynote presentation of my findings as well a documented blueprint for how they operated their organization. In addition to these two items, we outlined a 30 day action plan to move towards our established goals.
As part of the 30 day action plan, we defined and assigned roles and responsibilities, setup clear and consistent accountability, and we leveraged the blueprint to document these changes. I led by example in our journey, and by modeling these attributes I was able to inspire and reassure them of how they could continue to run a more focused and effective organization.
