Keyword research is where every project starts. It is simply THE BEST non-biased customer research tool there is. Keyword data is the most honest, clear and insightful data that exists as people search for everything they want – all of the time! People are more honest with the Google search bar than with their friends, co-workers, family, or spouse! Keywords provide context – which shows intent. Intent can be a location, urgency, price, features, or many other factors. When you know the intent, you can use those words to make your content more relevant to searchers who need that information. Find out what people are trying to solve, how they describe their problems, what solutions are lacking, and what would make them happy.
