• Pre-processed 8 hour EKG dataets obtained from Physionet using baseline and noise removal filters and extracted Heart Rate Variability (HRV) signal from the data
• Extracted time-domain, frequency domain and geometric features from the HRV data
• Analyzed and performed feature selection using principal component analysis and two-sample T-testing
• performed classification of the data based on selected features using SVM, ANN and K-NN methods
