Anand Santhanam “I have had the privilege for working for Upendra for over 8 years now In the initial 3 years in Australia, he grew Infosys CME unit from a startup to leader with highest market share among Indian IT firms. I worked as a pre-sales lead for him and learnt how to build a trusted partner relationship with clients, expanding a deal's potential and aggressively winning deals, but ensuring the value promised is delivered. Next, he moved to UAE head up Infosys in Middle East and Africa unit and I moved with him to set up Sales effectiveness in the region.
