1. Discovered the fatal vulnerabilities during the joining process of several IoT devices using Zigbee Protocols.
2. Generated the attack graph of Zigbee joining process with the dimension of attackers' capabilities and the network status.
3. Proposed a secured protocol asking the users for authentication by modifying the installation code method to improve its security against the unauthorized users.
4. Analyzed the protocol using formal verification and proved its efficiency.

1. Analyzed the security and privacy issues of contact tracing applications specially for COVID-19 tracking.
2. Designed a framework PURE that classifies the contact tracing protocols and analyzed their vulnerabilities, (e.g., leakage of the position of the patients, leakage of individuals' tracings)
3. Designed a new protocol that balanced the power of the server and the access capability of normal users, which can provide acceptable security and privacy.
