What uniqueness does being an artist/teacher celebrate about you? Questions can be super powerful. I love this one about what about what you do now, celebrates your uniqueness. And between social media, arts organizations, and various other websites, you might have your contact info available in a lot of different places! Be sure that people can easily get in touch with you when they're looking for your artistry and experience by making sure your info is up to date. It’s easy to forget to keep everything current in every place, so try making an inventory of all the places your info is listed at and keep it in a spreadsheet or note. Make a reminder for yourself to update it once a year if you've made any changes to your address, phone number, email, etc. Great work begins where people can reach you!

Such an inspirational story about Dr. Richard Natoli! It's heartwarming to see residents connecting with him through their grandchildren, a beautiful reminder of their own experiences raising kids. While it's fantastic that he found a new passion, it's disappointing that someone with his skills was forced to retire. This is why government intervention is crucial. Given the rising ageing population, governments must actively reimagine employment policies. This is crucial to harnessing the experience and skills of older workers, addressing labour shortages, and boosting economic growth. Inclusive workplaces not only benefit individuals but also contribute to a more vibrant and resilient society. Research confirms that mental and social engagement can significantly reduce the risk of Alzheimer's and other age-related diseases.
