Pioneering Sustainability with Wernsing Feinkost GmbH! We recently had the privilege to visit Wernsing Feinkost GmbH, a leading producer of diverse food products such as potato specialties, spreads, salads, soups, stews, and sauces. On May 21, Jonas Dreckmann, Management Consultant for Sustainability and Digitalization, led an enriching training session focused on Innovations- and Change Management. The session explored Wernsing's commitment to sustainability, discussing the motivations behind their initiatives, the perspectives they've gained, and the advantages and disadvantages they've encountered. We also examined specific measures Wernsing has implemented to promote sustainability within their operations. This visit provided the Vietnamese SME managers with invaluable insights and practical strategies to enhance their own sustainability efforts.
