Sharing below a message that I sent yesterday to our employees.

Over the past few days, I have found myself struggling to find the words to describe how I am feeling (and those of you who know me well know that I am not often at a loss for words). But given these challenging times, I think it’s important that I don’t stay silent.

The U.S. is not my birth country, but it is now my home. And while the issues that the protesters are responding to have existed long before I arrived here, I sincerely hope that will not remain. The recent deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and the many others were tragic and have brought racism, injustice and bias to the fore. They have affected me deeply, as I know they have many of you.

I want to affirm to all of you that at Infosys, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all Infoscions and do not condone racism or discrimination of any kind. Please reach out to your local leadership if you need support.

Thank you for all of your dedication and hard work and please stay safe.
