Congratulations to our client, David Baum with The Initial Development Company on the acquisition of Executive Center at Southbank, a prominent seven-building project located at 3600 E University Drive. The project spans a total of 141,037 square feet on a 14.93-acre site and is zoned A-2. We very much enjoyed this assignment and give a sincere congratulations to the new owners, Ziff Real Estate Partners. Every transaction has its challenges, but both the seller and buyer acted with professionalism, tenacity, and class. To many locals, this is known as the "Goldie's Center", the original Zipps location and the go-to spot for every little league team in the area. But with Planet Fitness, Walgreens, La Fonda, Eggstacy, Circle K, and various neighborhood service uses, this is the true definition of an essential/daily needs shopping center.
