The Capital Markets Group, led by Gerry Trainor, CFA, said that “the transaction provided the buyer with a quality asset with investment upside in the heart of the nation’s capital.” Jim Cardellicchio and Rowan Miller of the Capital Markets Group also assisted in selling 1501 M Street NW, providing the seller with a team approach that resulted in a smooth sales process that yielded significant investor interest and maximized value.
