1. Basic concepts

A promo code is a specific sequence of characters (letters and/or numbers), which, when entered in the appropriate field, provides a Discount to the Payer when paying for services.
Discount — the percentage or amount by which the Paid Service is reduced. The discount is provided to the Payer in the amount specified in these Terms and Conditions.
Types of Promo Codes:

• The promo code "BDAY10" is for a 10% discount for all Payers from the cost of the following services: The "Professional" package, the "LJ Photo" Package, a Virtual gift, Tadpoles.
• The promo code "BDAY26" is for a 26% discount for participants of the LJ Birthday marathon from the cost of the following services: Professional Package, LJ Photo Package, Virtual gift, Tadpoles.

1. Terms of the Promo Code

   1. The promo code is provided electronically at the discretion of the Administration in one of the following ways: posting on the Website pages or sending an e-mail newsletter.
   2. Promo codes distributed by the above methods are available to an unlimited number of people within the limits specified in the Promotional Code information materials.
   3. The Promo Code BDAY10 is valid from April 15, 2025 to April 30, 2025.
   4. The Promo Code BDAY26 is valid from April 15, 2025 to May 14, 2025.

2. Promo Code Usage Rules

   1. The promo code can be used when paying for Paid services.
   2. The Payer can use the Promo Code only once unless otherwise specified in the Promotional Code information materials.
   3. Only one Promo Code can be used when paying for Paid Services.
   4. A discount on a Promo Code does not imply a refund of the Discount amount in monetary terms.
   5. If the Promo Code is not specified or if the billing system does not apply the Promo Code, including as a result of a technical malfunction, the services are payable in full (excluding the Discount on the Promo Code).
   6. The promo code can only be used during the validity period specified in these Terms and Conditions. At the end of the specified period, the Promo Code becomes invalid.
   7. The Payer is prohibited from selling the Promo Code, as well as using it in other ways for commercial purposes. In case of violation of this requirement, the Administration has the right to terminate the Promo Code ahead of schedule.

3. Changing the Terms of Use of Promo Codes. The responsibility of the Parties.

   1. These Terms may be changed unilaterally by the Administration without prior notice to the Payers, including the validity period of the Promo Codes and/or the Discount amount. The new version of the Terms of the Promo Codes is posted on the Website. The administration has the right to terminate the campaign ahead of schedule, while Payers do not have the right to demand any compensation or damages.
   2. In case of violations of these Rules, the terms of the Promo Code and other abuses on the part of the Payer, the Administration has the right to cancel the Promo Code or refuse the Payer to place an order using the Promo Code.
   3. The Administration is responsible only for the Promo Codes that it distributes on its behalf on the Website. The Administration is not responsible for information posted on third-party resources about discounts and/or promo codes for use on the Site.
   4. The Administration, among other things, including those described in these Terms, is not responsible for:
      • for not informing the Payers of these Terms;
      • for Taxpayers to provide incorrect or incomplete information about themselves, including their contact phone numbers and email addresses;
        for errors and failures in the software that takes into account Payers, transactions and orders.
   5. Using the Promo Code means that the Payer agrees to the above Conditions.
