9:08 am - Dreaming of the stars on high
Four years a go, I bought Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles for my Gamecube. In fact, it might have been the first game I bought for it.I played for hours and hours. At times, I thought that I couldn't finish. I thought certain parts of the game were limeted to multi-player only, that certain artifact could only be gotten with the aid of others.I was wrong.I kept fighting. I leanred the point system. I learned to farm boss fights for points. In the end, only one artifact remained for me:Ageis. +5 in defence, and near-impossible to obtain. It took me so many tries, I don't want to think about it. But, tonight, I finally did it.**( Read more...Collapse )**I got them all. I got the Lunar Weapon, even. I have totally, utterly, beaten this game.101 hours and 51 minutes of play time on my main file. Four years. But I finally did it.Today, victory is mine. All hail Drew, Lord and Master of FF:CC! Today, July 10th, shall hence foward by Final Fantasy Day! Huzzah! (2 comments | comment on this)

L!Extremely fond of sweets, you have an unusual stlye and don't care what people think of it. You don't have the most friends but you don't care! You don't really understand people's emotions and you tend to use some people not knowing how it effects them. You want to catch Kira at all costs and believe in justice! Take this quiz! 10:59 pm - No run, Fish jump
Alright, it's been a few days now, but I haven't had much chance to blog. Well, really it's unfair to call this a blog, more of an "online travel journal" but who in their right mind want's to say all that?Okay, so I left you guys right after we got here. As mentioned, we explored Yokohama on day one. We checked out the convention center, and the bay, and walked the coast for a while until we got to Chia Town. (yes, Yokohama has a rather extensive China Town) We ate there, and got lost headed back to the hotel. We made it back alright, but to this day I don't know where we were.Day two was Mt. Fuji day. Well, that didn't turn out so hot. First we took a train. Then we missed or switch, so we had to go back a station. Ten I lost my ticket, so we had to buy another. (keep in mind that at this point, neither Conrad norI had found an ATM that would work for us) then we bought bus tickets that we THOUGHT would take us up to staion 5 on Fuji-san. HA! Two or three hours later we ended up at station 1. (nice mountain views, no Fuji) at that point we gave up and got on train back home.six hours (at least) of travel, and no Fuji. Stupid bus-ticket-lady. Baka.Day three was Tokyo. That went pretty well. Conrad arranged a bus tour in English, so we got to see some pretty nifty stuff. I was able to buy some things for people back home, and Volume 1 of Death Note in it's native language. Plenty of pictures, don't worry. No Godzill rising from the bay. That's it so far. Prett nifty, eh? Today we might try Hakone again, but maybe not. In anycase, it's time to go again.Oh, and Myspace is being a bitch and won't let me post. If I can get through I'll try to blog there as well. Byez! (1 comment | comment on this)
