I learned from a lesson intended for my sister yesterday.
Today I am praying that God will provide. Jay lost his job or got fired. I don't know and it's none of my business. I am choosing to be thankful that I have received child support consistently for a year? more? .. I'm praying that Jay will seek God's will. God will put him in the right job. He can also guide his heart to be honest and take the initiative to resume chid suport payments.
I am thankful for my job, my awesome boss, and the opportunities for part-time jobs around here.
Jen, God has control of the finances. Give thanks. And give him whatever is your biggest worry today. I can't wait to see what happens.

Creativity implies something new - feeling, thinking, acting in a new way. When we step out of a familiar pattern, we often feel anxious. We wonder if the new way will work or if a new venture will succeed. We take a chance, a risk, and that requires courage.
If we refuse to tolerate a certain amount of anxiety, we will stay in our same old ruts. Safe? Perhaps, but stagnant. And maybe not so safe after all, since the opposite of growth is death.
You and I can live creatively if we are willing to have butterflies in our stomachs from time to time. Recovery releases us from old patterns so that we can try new ways of responding to the opportunities we are given each day. Believing we are supported by a Higher Power gives us the courage to take risks, especially when the outcome promises emotional and spiritual growth.
Today, I will dare to follow a creative inner prompting, even if I feel some anxiety.

03:18 am - meant for me as much as you.
Get out of your head.
Go give.
Give time, or money, or a smile, or labor, or coffee, or kindness or peace of mind...and keep your mouth shut - that's the hard part - don't talk about yourself. Explain SIMPLY why you need to do it, but just be a good listener so someone else can vent if they need to.
Talk about positive things, and encourage friends to speak of the positive things in their lives.
One a day. Or more. Your kids will learn by seeing you and they can enjoy the challenge, too.
This is why I still work on the weekends. Getting up Saturday morning to clean someone else's house is not worth the 30−30-30−40 I actually earn. I like being helpful to someone who appreciates it.

09:21 am - tattoos september 2012
Im getting a tattoo tomorrow. It's a filigree/scrollwork frilly thing that reminds me of a violin. It has 10 curls representing the sibs.
I'm still getting jjdasbtg, but still haven't decided on the details. Also getting a little tattoo in the place Lynn has her Staind tattoo. Not sure if I'll get that tomorrow. Guess it depends on time/budget.
Anyway the violin is going on my left collarbone upper chest area. Yay. Can't wait!!
This is the other one:

Are we poor because we choose to be? We grew up like this so this is what we know?
Like people who choose abusive relationships because they were abused in their past?
My boss put up these corny little New Years positivity sayings around the salon. "Your mind is like a parachute, it works better if it's open." "Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right" etc.

I have made MANY, MANY, enormous mistakes in my life affecting me, my family, my friends and others physically, emotionally, mentally & financially.
Becoming a parent is BY FAR my WORST mistake E.V.E.R.
