Hope all is well.I usually play one video game at a time - maybe two - but its rare there's nothing in the Wii, DS, or X-Box.Until now. I finished Galactrix (which was not as good as I hoped) and I find nothing is catching my attention. I usually do the RPG route, but nothing is sending me. Avalon Code sounds intriguing but flawed, the new-old DragonQuest games are out but I'm not sure I want to go retro, Little King's Story sounds cool but maybe a bit TOO much.I am not in a gaming mood. This is rare for me.So, assuming this is an irrational state - what games do YOU recommend and why? 4/11/09 05:26 pm Seventh Sanctum's technology and look is updated for the first time in years - five years in some cases. This has been an on-off activity for several months, and I'm pleased to say it's done.It is also easier to improve, modify and update, so it's going to make maintenance and adding new things a lot easier . . . 4/2/09 09:02 pm Pretty much, yes, this is trueWhew, I just had a week with a meetup, a convention, taking my car to the shop, a dental appointment, picking up my car, taking my car BACK, and preparing for family visits.I'm actually looking forward to this summer, despite general business, because I think I need a rest. I'm not expecting one until about May at this rate, but I'll do my best. 3/18/09 07:09 pm I've got a mixed relation with social media. I use LJ casually, I am in love with Linkedin, I use assorted feeds and groups, but I figure it's time to sit down and analyze the assorted social media options. So besides LJ what do you use in social media? Meetup? Facebook? Something else? What's worth it - and what's easy to automate? 2/28/09 06:27 pm I've been watching Kuroshitsuji, aka "Black Butler", an interesting anime that's sort of horror/drama/action/comedy/psychology . . . thing. When your protagonist is an orphaned boy of an aristocratic family with his demon butler, you've got stuff to work with.I can recommend the anime and to a lesser extent the manga (as I've read less) for an extremely odd combination of elements that I find quite enjoyable. And I also want William T. Spears, worlds most organized supernatural entity, to get his own show. (Not a spoiler, but boy wait until you meet him). Stephen Colbert, we found your anime-to-live role!
