Is this thing on? Or functional? Ha! So Im gunna make a huge massive PUBLIC post and I don't even care. I don't think anyone outside of my Bakery Sister is gunna read this anyway (hi Maria ILYSM). :D Today is my 20 year anniversary on Livejournal. 20 years of LJ. Man, the way this place both kept and drove me insane at the VERY same time. My first post here was all about my then-5 month old baby. You know, the one who decided to walk the dog alone one morning while we were all supposed to be napping? You guys know that kid right? So lets start with that. Uhhhh, SJ/Kei isn't 5 months old anymore. In fact, Kei now has a 1 month old of their own — well, tomorrow she will be 1 month old anyway. She wasn't even DUE until tomorrow, so she's still pretty fresh. Her adjusted age is still -1 day. I haven't gotten to meet her yet, though I will TONIGHT, when I land at Syracuse airport. Land?, you ask. Yes, land, cuz I gotta fly up there from Florida. I had tickets purchased to head up and support momma through birth as she requested, but pre-eclampsia made things move faster than expected and an emergency c-section the day of he 35w appointment took care of that. For my Aidenbear, my beautiful nephew, my Shining Star. <3 December 13, 2009 - 3/9/1013The most beautiful boy you could ever meet. This baby almost never cried - I think I heard him actually cry ONCE at the end, when he woke up in pain. His meds were adjusted later that day and all was good again.
