_Jacky Kennett, who moved to the Cayman Islands with her family from Britain a year ago, was preparing for what could be her first hurricane."I went and put fuel in the car, got some money out of the bank, and stopped at the grocery store yesterday to stock up," said Kennett, 47. "I don't want to overreact or anything, but I am worried."_Its the MOTHERFUCKING CAYMAN ISLANDS...HOW FAR IS THIS STUPID BITCH GONNA DRIVE???Outta curiosity... I checked on CIA World Factbook and found out the Caymans have 160km of coastline. So like... even on the biggest island, bitch ain't gonna travel more than 100 miles even if she completely circles the entire island. Don't worry Jacky, you certainly aren't overreacting or anything. Everyone knows driving around in circles in your car is the BEST way to avoid a hurricane.I'd like to go fly down there just to smack her stupid face.

"There are three ways of knowing a thing. Take for instance a flame. One can be told of the flame, one can see the flame with his own eyes, and finally one can reach out and be burned by it. In this way, we Sufis seek to be burned by God."- unknown Sufi scholar

Can someone who understands economics explain this to me?http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060517/ap_on_go_pr_wh/bush...cause right now it basically sounds like total horseshit to me. Or worse than that. Since horseshit actually makes good manure which is worth something.

[music |Nirvana - Paper Cuts]Am I the only one who finds it hilarious that the US went to war with Iraq on 'maybe they got weapons' info but is now refusing to do so with Iran, claiming 'diplomacy is the best answer' because of the same 'maybe they got em' info?

After reading this:http://buffalonews.com/editorial/20060406/1055822.aspAnd finding out about the half-priced pass card that would include biometric coding (which I would think would be MORE expensive to produce, no?) I looked up some basic info about it here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biometrics& am curious what people think about it.(Personally it sort of has my Big Brother Detectors kind of itching...but I'm willing to also admit that it's maybe just my Crazy Interference Signal getting in the way)I also dreamed last night that I should buy a large white goose to lay eggs for me so I didn't have to buy them anymore. I may have to look into this...
