godless, wicked, and cruel (original) (raw)
About 3200 words, three hours of writing. Ow, headache like burning and I still have massive amounts of studying to do. :( Oh well. It was worth it. I don't think I've ever listened to this much eurobeat in one go (Initial D's soundtrack consists almost entirely of eurobeat in case you didn't know), but I also think I've just written the best race scenes I've ever written. It could probably be better, I'll proof it later :3
( Turn your head around // Never lose your ground // You gotta feel you're back in town, boy // Real emotion // Really havin' fun // Fightin' on the run // Whoa, they can't knock you down nowCollapse )
Credit Initial D Fourth Stage episode 2 "Full Speed! Downhill Battle," Fujiwara Takumi, Suetsugu Tooru, and the Momiji Lane downhill for the inspiration...and the blatant ripping-off of driving techniques. :p
