Theoretical Nanophysics in Leiden (original) (raw)

Since 1992, the theoretical nanophysics group around Carlo Beenakker [CV]addresses fundamental physical problems that occur when a macroscopic object is miniaturized to dimensions at the nanometer scale. Currently, the members of the group are Álvaro Donís Vela, Alicja Dutkiewicz, Emiel Koridon, Stefano Polla, Jose Sánchez Fernán, and Vladimir Zakharov. We share Ph.D. students and postdocs with two neighboring groups:
