Town of Manchester Publishes Water Service Line Inventory Published on November 06, 2024 The Manchester Water and Sewer Department (MWSD) is updating its water service line inventory and will notify customers of service lines containing lead, galvanized iron, or unknown materials. This is in accordance with the EPA’s updated Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI), effective October 8, 2024, and aligns with the Town’s commitment to public health.
