Recently, Perry got candid about her family’s involvement in the process. During a recent interview with Audacy, she detailed how Flynn’s “good taste” in music has made an impression on her.
The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor shares his 13-year-old son with ex Miranda Kerr. Meanwhile, Bloom and Perry share a daughter, Daisy.

In an interview with Audacy, Katy Perry discussed her new album, “143.” At one point, the singer was asked if she played it to her family. Perry revealed that she doesn’t “sit them down” and play the full album but plays “little bits and pieces.” She joked that they have “had enough” of her, but since “it’s family, they’re just going to be real.” After saying she doesn’t do a listening party with them, Perry shared she would “play things to Orlando’s son,” who has a “really good ear.”
The 39-year-old said that Bloom’s son, Flynn, is “probably the best person” in the family to share her work with. She then revealed that he “loved” the track “Never Really Over” and that she played the 2019 song to Flynn before it came out and asked him what he thought about it. The latter told her, “Yeah, this is good.” Perry continued and said that her stepson “got good taste.” The singer also shared that Flynn loves the song titled “All The Love” from her upcoming album. Perry said, “That’s, like, one of my favorite songs that I wrote.”
During the interview, Perry also shared that her daughter, Daisy, loves the song “Lifetimes” and her current favorite is “Roar.” She continued to gush about her daughter and how she calls it the “tiger one.”
