Since the passage of Public Act 480 in 2006 the MPSC has been charged with many responsibilities with regards to video/cable services and providers. Among these is receiving and helping to resolve inquiries and complaints between consumers and video/cable providers. Here Michigan consumers can find information on how to resolve problems with video/cable providers along with other useful information on video/cable providers and services.
