A group of small pits in Cambrian serpentinite and pyroxenite, part of the Hibbs Ultramafic belt, running between Macquarie Harbour and near Elliott Bay. Prospecting was mostly for chrysotile asbestos, but there was some nickel mineralisation and stichtite found also.
