A SUMMER JOB THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!
THE BEST SUMMER OF YOUR LIFE.
Our summer staff team consists of almost 50 college age students who love the Lord, care about kids, and want to have the best summer ever. This year staff will be here from May 27th until August 2nd. Are you looking to spend your summer working alongside other amazing people your age and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ to hundreds of campers?!
INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY
GROWING TOGETHER
I’m sure you’re tempted to skip right over this section and say “Yeah, community. I got it.” But pouring into our staff and seeing them grow as they lead campers, study God’s word, and live alongside other staff is something that will enrich your life in a big way. The bonds you form with other staff members and conversations you will have run deeper than the surfacy discussions we often have. It’s by standing side by side and by doing ministry together that the Lord will use you to grow His kingdom and bring campers to faith in Christ. God is going to work through you and do immeasurably more than all you can ask or imagine.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
GROW AS A LEADER
GROW AS A LEADER
No matter what your degree or career path might be – a summer on staff can benefit you in MANY ways. Be prepared to grow as a leader through serving campers, solving conflicts, and working with your peers. There are many opportunities for creative problem solving and quick decision making which are skills that can help you in many areas of life. We aspire to train our staff well so they can gain responsibility to serve campers (and others) like Jesus did: giving them more than they may deserve and loving them when it may be hard.

Our Positions
We are currently accepting applications for 2025 in the following areas:
Be a Cabin Leader!
Are you passionate about working with kids and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ? Then being a Cabin Leader would be the job for you! It entails overseeing a group of campers for the week leading devos, playing games, and having one on ones with each camper to disciple them and talk through life challenges with them. Summer Camp could not run without our amazing cabin leaders pouring into our campers and loving & serving them well.
Be a Lifeguard!
Our lifeguards are an essential part of camp to help keep all of our campers safe at the waterfront! We hire around 6-8 lifeguards each summer to help keep our waterfront clean, safe, and fun! Lifeguards get to bond together picking up seaweed and enjoy seeing campers have a blast on our fun water elements like our water trampoline, blob, and waterslide. Bonus is you get a really nice tan by the end of summer!
Join our Hospitality Team!
Our Hospitality team gets to do a variety of jobs around camp like cleaning, making coffee drinks, helping in the Camp Store, and checking campers in at the waterfront! It's one of the most diverse assistant cabin leader positions we have here at camp. You get to enjoy working with the whole hospitality team, gaining new skills, and interacting with lots of campers each day.
Join our Outdoor Adventure Team!
Do you enjoy being able to work a lot outside? Our Outdoors Adventure team may be the spot for you! They help run a variety of activities for our campers each afternoon like the zipline, archery, high ropes, rock wall, & more! Each morning they work together to set up the activities making sure everything will run smoothly when campers come out after lunch. It's a lot of hot days but we make sure to keep our staff hydrated!
Be a Photographer!
Do you love taking photos and being able to interact a lot with people? Our photographers get to take photos & edit them every day which means a lot of walking, pictures, and laughs! They get to constantly interact with campers walking around and at different activities which involves lots of silly faces and funny jokes. Bonus is you don't need to know everything before you apply - you get to learn how camera mechanics work and how to edit photos in Lightroom during training!
Join Our Worship Team!
Our Worship Team is made up of a group of assistant cabin leaders that get to help lead our staff and campers in worship for each chapel session. Whether you play the drums, guitar, piano, or sing - we can use your help! You get to enjoy gaining experience musically and advancing your teamwork skills through this position all summer long.
Work in the Camp Store!
Are you well organized and ready to learn new skills? Our Camp Store (aka Trading Post) staff position involves lots of organizing inventory, restocking items, and learning on the fly! You get to help campers purchase a variety of items from our store (sometimes talk them out of buying 20 pieces of candy or 10 stuffed animals) which means a lot of talking with campers & making LOTS of slushies.
Be a Health Officer Assistant!
Are going into a career in the health industry? Then working as our camp health assistant might be the job for you! Gain lots of hands on experience by working alongside our camp nurses all summer long leaning how camp runs, where the band aides are, and all of our emergency protocols. You need to be organized & calm under pressure to fulfill this role well.
Work in the Craft Shack!
Are you creative and enjoy helping others explore their creativity? Consider working in the craft shack this summer! You get to interact and talk with lots of campers helping them learn how to tie-dye, make various crafts, and come out of their shells! For this role you need to be patient, kind, organized, & creative in order to help campers have a great experience in the craft shack all summer.
Work on our Grounds Team!
Our grounds team helps keep our campus clean and safe for all of our campers. You get to help fix all sorts of things around camp, take out the trash, and gain many new skills. Bonus is you get to work hands on with our maintenance team and help lead Camp Aide projects when they are here!
Be a Videographer!
Each week we make a highlight video to show campers and help them remember their time at the camp - we want it to be an experience they don't easily forget! Our videographer gets to spend all day taking videos of campers at a variety of activities, and then they get to edit the video behind the scenes using Premiere. You don't need a ton of experience beforehand - just a person that is willing to learn and develop new skills!
Work on our Program Office Team!
Our Program Office has a variety of roles within it. These roles are geared toward returning staff so you know generally how camp runs. They get to help come up with the themes for the summer, games, do one on ones with staff, and SO much more! For these roles you need to be organized, have a lot of initiative, and a heart to serve others well. We love our Program Office team and camp truly could not run without them!
Well, What are you waiting for?
