ITV's Dr Zoe Williams rushed to A&E, writes emergency will amid health concerns

Dr Zoe Williams, the familiar face from ITV's This Morning, has sparked concern after being rushed to A&E due to health issues.

Sharing her experience with fans on social media, she posted pictures from the hospital including one wearing a gown and another hooked up to heart monitors. Dr Zoe, at 44, has been tackling these health worries for quite some time, and revealed she even drafted an emergency will amidst her scare.

Zoe wrote alongside her photos: "I got signed off by my Cardiologist today...I'm ok, but I wasn't certain that I would be for a while! It's been a year of health blips. The most worrying being my heart, but I'm ok."

She continued: "Writing an emergency will from your hospital bed, just in case, is not the one though. But I'm ok. It's interesting how we can be thankful for these experiences. They can make us see clearly. What matters What doesn't. And just how easy it is to take our health for granted," reports the Express.

As she shared her ordeal, the celebrity doctor was swamped by messages of comfort and well-wishes from her followers and famous pals. Britain's Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon responded with a heartwarming message: "Sending you love darling."

Pop sensation Rachel Stevens of S Club fame sent her affections: "Oh lovely. Sending you so much love." A fan expressed their concerns with: "Wow, hope you're doing better Zo! Sending love and best wishes for your future." TV presenter Lisa Snowdon also chimed in with words of encouragement: "Darling. Sending you love." Writer and activist Katie Piper added: "Sending you love."

She suffered another health scare in September last year and had to be rushed to the hospital to receive spinal steroid injections. Sharing details with her followers on Instagram, she wrote: "Just waiting to go into theatre for my spine injections. Wish me luck."

Sharing a video while on the sofa with her son Lisbon, she said: "Just to say a huge thanks for your well wishes, your prayers and your love. It's been felt warmly and is very much appreciated. I am back home with my boy...We're eating biscuits and oranges and watching Toy Story." She also reassured her fans not to fear when booked in for a steroid injection.

Dr Zoe paved her media career on her passion for fitness and health after graduating from medical school in 2007. She is a GP based in London and regularly appears on the ITV daytime show. She also presented BBC shows including Trust Me I am a Doctor and a Horizon episode about the contraceptive pill.
